Terms of Service

Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using Salesrobot. Section 3 (Acceptable Use) and Section 7 (Limitation of Liability) are particularly important for understanding your rights and responsibilities regarding LinkedIn account risk.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Salesrobot platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and Salesrobot ("Company," "we," "us").

Business Use

The Service is intended for business and professional use only. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are using the Service in a commercial capacity and not as a consumer.

2. Service Description

2.1 Platform

Salesrobot provides a cloud-based LinkedIn automation platform that enables users to send automated connection requests, direct messages, and follow-up sequences through LinkedIn's mobile API infrastructure, supplemented by AI-powered features including message personalization, inbox management, and appointment setting.

2.2 Third-Party Platforms

The Service interacts with LinkedIn, which is owned and operated by LinkedIn Corporation, a separate entity not affiliated with Salesrobot. Your use of LinkedIn is subject to LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. Salesrobot does not guarantee continued compatibility with LinkedIn's platform and is not responsible for changes LinkedIn makes to its APIs or policies.

2.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid plans.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to send professional outreach messages to LinkedIn members you have a legitimate business reason to contact, in volumes consistent with LinkedIn's published guidelines and Salesrobot's configured safety limits.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages unrelated to your professional services, harassing or threatening messages, messages that misrepresent your identity or affiliation, content that violates LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies, messages promoting illegal products or services, or political campaigning communications.

3.3 Account Safety

You are responsible for configuring your campaigns within the safety limits provided by Salesrobot. Exceeding recommended daily action limits, using the Service on recently created or restricted accounts, or engaging in messaging that generates high complaint rates from recipients may result in LinkedIn account restrictions. Salesrobot is not liable for LinkedIn account restrictions resulting from user behavior.

3.4 Data Scraping

Using the Service to collect, extract, or aggregate LinkedIn profile data for purposes other than operating your own outreach campaigns — including reselling, publishing, or transferring such data to third parties — is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Current plan pricing, features, and billing cycles are published at salesrobot.co/pricing. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Billing

By providing payment details, you authorize Salesrobot to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.3 Add-Ons

Certain features (email automation, lead enrichment credits) are sold as add-ons separate from base plan pricing. Add-on costs are clearly disclosed at salesrobot.co/pricing.

4.4 Per-Account Billing

Subscription fees are charged per connected LinkedIn account. Each LinkedIn profile you connect to the Service counts as one billable account.

4.5 Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once charged. For annual subscriptions, refund requests submitted within 14 days of initial purchase will be considered at our discretion. After 14 days, annual plan fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to offer credits in lieu of refunds.

4.6 Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before implementing price increases on existing subscriptions.

5. Cancellation

5.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your Salesrobot dashboard. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

5.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your access to the Service continues until the end of the paid period. After this date, automated campaigns are paused and dashboard access is removed. Your account data is retained for 30 days before deletion.

5.3 Termination by Salesrobot

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. In cases of clear abuse or illegal activity, termination may be immediate without refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Data

6.1 Our IP

Salesrobot retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including its software, AI models, designs, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the message templates, campaign copy, and contact lists you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant Salesrobot a limited license to process this content to operate your campaigns.

6.3 AI Outputs

Message suggestions and content generated by the AI features of the Service are provided as tools to assist you. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before sending.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outreach results will be achieved. Claimed reply rates and ban rates are averages across users and not guarantees for individual campaigns.

7.2 LinkedIn Account Risk

Use of any automation tool on LinkedIn carries inherent risk of account restriction or termination by LinkedIn. While Salesrobot employs safety measures to minimize this risk, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee against LinkedIn enforcement actions. You use the Service at your own risk with respect to your LinkedIn account.

7.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salesrobot's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Salesrobot in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.4 Exclusions

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or damage to your LinkedIn account or professional reputation.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Salesrobot is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@salesrobot.co. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of notification.

8.3 Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting paid users will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
